Understanding the Problem

Amazon's Seller Central is powerful but isolated. KVKK & GDPR Compliance

Register Amazon Developer Account

Amazon Seller Central → Apps & Services → Develop Apps. Create SP-API application. Free for standard sellers.

OAuth Authorize TeknoVesta

In TeknoVesta integrations → Amazon → OAuth flow grants TeknoVesta read access to your seller account.

Select Marketplaces

Pick which Amazon marketplaces to sync (US, EU clusters, Turkey, etc.). Each marketplace tracked separately in CRM.

What customer data is available from Amazon?

Limited by Amazon policy. Order details, shipping address, anonymized buyer email (for FBM orders only). FBA orders have less customer data exposed. Buyer-Seller messages where applicable.

Does this work with Amazon Vendor Central (not Seller Central)?

Vendor Central uses different APIs and is wholesale-focused. Currently we support Seller Central only. Vendor Central integration planned for late 2026.

What about Amazon Türkiye (amazon.com.tr)?

Yes, fully supported. Turkey is part of the EU region SP-API endpoints. Same integration handles amazon.com.tr alongside other EU marketplaces.
